Restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato have taken their love for French culture and French cuisine and have brought to New York City an authentic slice of French dining by opening Brasserie Cognac de Monsieur Ballon.

Brasserie Cognac's cuisine combines the French classics and Florian Hugo's modern creations. There is an exciting and yet charming setting with a classic French Brasserie style menu. 102 varieties of cognac are available and a gorgeous wine list including first-growth Bordeaux sold by the glass.
